dental technology in our goal to offer the best and most
comfortable dental care while optimizing your smile and improving
your dental health. Studies have shown that people tend to have
more confidence and a greater sense of well being by simply
enhancing their smiles.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete our new patient
information forms and allow us to answer any questions you may
have. If current x-rays are available, please bring a copy at the time
of your initial visit or have them mailed directly to our office.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly
provide us with at least 48 hours notice. Courtesy on your part will
make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
We will be happy to submit your insurance claims for you. We
likely accept your insurance plan, but may not participate in the
assignment of benefits. We accept and honor most major dental
insurance plans.
Our fees are in keeping with our services. Fees will be discussed
in advance of any treatment. Payment is expected at the time of
treatment. We accept most major credit cards.

Monday - Thursday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm,
Friday and Saturday by special appt.
